Architect Jose Miranda described thin brick veneer and confirmed the proposal would match the house scale; the board approved the amendment.
17 South 8th Street (HDC20250016): Staff described a 24-by-12-foot pergola placed on a concrete pad for kayak and paddleboard storage behind an existing fence. Architect Mark Akins confirmed setbacks, likely material choices and that the structure would be visible from the road but mainly screened; the board approved the COA.
