Council Member Stankee moved to approve the meeting agenda; Council Member Grau seconded and the motion carried with all members present voting in favor.
During the meeting, Stankee moved to set the public hearing on the FY2026 budget for April 14 at 6:30 p.m. Council Member Fauser seconded the motion, and the council recorded "All ayes," scheduling the hearing.
Immediately after the scheduling vote, Stankee moved to adjourn the special meeting at 6:53 p.m.; Council Member Hicks seconded and the motion carried with all present voting yes.
