The council also voted to approve the city's Annual Finance Report after a motion by Council Member Houzenga and a second by Council Member Grau; the motion passed with "All Ayes." Finally, Council moved to accept a Progressive insurance payment of $5,448.23 for a claim related to hydrant removal at Jackson Street Place and S. Toronto Street (motion by Council Member Houzenga; second by Council Member Grau); the council accepted the payment with "All Ayes."
