Andrew Mouser, director at Baker Tilly, told the council the study “would look at the City’s past 3 or 4 years, the present, and then share estimations for the future 3 or 4 years,” and flagged uncertainty about how tax changes enacted by the 2025 General Assembly will affect city revenues. Clerk-Treasurer Eran Hackman said the study will cost $60,000, with $20,000 coming from the Utility Budget and $40,000 from the General Budget.
After Mouser’s presentation and questions from council members, Tyler Fullenkamp moved to proceed with Baker Tilly; Abby Wilder seconded the motion and the council adopted it.
