Lenox council approves agenda, minutes, bills and reappoints two board members

At its Aug. 12 meeting Lenox council approved the meeting agenda, July 22 minutes, payment of bills and the July Clerk-Treasurer report; it also reappointed Rob Lundquist and Linda Hogan to the Lenox Neighborhood Center Board and set a public hearing on an electrical easement.
The Lenox City Council at its Aug. 12 meeting approved routine business items and reappointed two members to the Lenox Neighborhood Center Board.
Tull moved and Cruz seconded approval of the meeting agenda. Council then approved the July 22, 2024 meeting minutes, payment of bills and the July 2024 Clerk Treasurer Report; each motion passed on unanimous voice vote ('all ayes, motion carried').
Council also approved Resolution 24-32 to set a public hearing on Sept. 9, 2024 at 5:45 p.m. regarding granting an electrical line easement; the motion carried. Tull moved, Peterson seconded and the council approved re-appointment of Rob Lundquist and Linda Hogan to the Lenox Neighborhood Center Board for two-year terms expiring August 2026.
Tull moved and Peterson seconded approval of the Outstanding Obligation Report for FY24; the motion passed. The council adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
