Rushford Village Council approves contracts, Wi‑Fi and pay increase; backs county cannabinoid ordinance

The council also approved the 2025 Rushford Ambulance contract for $7,900, which increases the village’s per-capita contribution from $5 to $10; members discussed recruitment and rising training and insurance costs for ambulance services. Mayor Dennis Overland asked staff to request an annual informational meeting from the ambulance service similar to the fire department’s public updates.
