President‑Elect P. Craig Silva moved to end the printed edition; Commissioner Kevin K. Kessner seconded and the motion passed without opposition.
Treasurer Kelly M. Neville told the Board the change is expected to save money in the coming budget cycle. The Board did not specify a sunset date in the motion; staff were directed to implement the change and to communicate logistics to members ahead of the next license‑fee cycle.
The decision mirrors a trend among comparable bars that have shifted to web‑first member directories to reduce costs and to keep contact information current. The Board’s action was recorded as unanimous.
