Street project pay application: Council approved Pay Application #3 for the 2025 Street Project (motion by Council Member Eller, second by Council Member Cook).
Tobacco settlement: Council approved an acknowledgement/settlement agreement related to a tobacco violation (motion by Council Member Fletcher, second by Council Member Orr).
Community events: Council adopted Resolution No. 2026-22 supporting Central Iowa Auto Club car shows on specified dates between May and October 2026, authorizing temporary closures of specified street segments (with ordinance suspensions limited to the cordoned area and hours noted 4:00–7:00 p.m.).
