Revisions to Policy 623 correct omissions in Section III.A and eliminate a requirement for mandatory summer school. Revisions to Policy 908 add procedures requiring background checks for volunteers working with students.
Trustee Kate Martens moved adoption on second reading; the motion passed unanimously. Superintendent Jon Graff reported Policy 510 (School Activities) was reviewed and required no changes; the Board approved Policy 510 by single reading during the same meeting.
