Linden council adopts two ordinances, approves resolutions and monthly bills

Later in the meeting Tim Hays moved and Dale Parker seconded adoption of Ordinance #2026-21, changing the city’s posting places; the council again voted unanimously to adopt and to waive the remaining readings.
Council also approved three resolutions. Hayden moved and June Rector seconded approval of Resolution 2026-29 (transfer of SR funds) and Resolution 2026-30 (transfer of lost funds); both motions carried. Tim Hays moved and Dominic Hayden seconded Resolution 2026-31 designating Beggar’s Night; that resolution passed.
The council approved the claims report and monthly financials. The listed claims and transfers totaled $11,642.20 across accounts identified in the report. Dominic Hayden moved and June Rector seconded approval of the bills payable and the monthly financial statements; both motions carried.
