Lenox council adopts employee handbook, approves audits and routine business

Nelson moved and Tull seconded adoption of Resolution 24-46, "Adopting Employee Handbook Version 2024-02;" the motion carried with "all ayes." According to the minutes, the handbook edits remove the Assistant Director position at the Lenox Neighborhood Center (leaving a Director and an employee) and standardize vacation and sick accruals across employees.
Earlier in the meeting, the council approved the agenda, the Oct. 25, 2024 meeting minutes, payment of bills, and the October 2024 Clerk Treasurer report; each motion was recorded as carried with "all ayes." The council also approved the FY24 Annual Financial Report after a motion by Tull and a second by Cruz. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
