Operations and Maintenance Supervisor Seth Putz briefed the board on facility issues and planned summer maintenance at the June 10 meeting.
Putz said the district is assessing hail damage from recent storms and provided a status update on the high school chiller. He outlined Long-Term Facilities Maintenance summer projects scheduled to address prioritized needs, including resurfacing the outdoor track at Saint Peter Middle School; repairing the roadway entrance at Saint Peter High School; resurfacing the gymnasium floor at Saint Peter High School; and repairing the pool decking at Saint Peter Middle School.
Board members did not request separate motions on these updates; the reports were provided for board awareness and administrative planning ahead of summer work.
