- Item 14: Approved appointments to rotate the Mayor Pro Tem and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem positions, naming Daisy (Palomo/Plummer) as Mayor Pro Tem and Jason Carpenter as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem, as amended and stipulated.
