Lisbon council adopts FY26 budget amendment, approves fund transfers and urban renewal advance

Other formal actions on the consent and business agenda included approval of the FY25 Annual Financial Report (motion by Nathan Smith, seconded by John Bardsley), authorization of a job posting for the Utility Billing Clerk position (motion by Kevin Steele, seconded by John Bardsley), and passage of Resolution 31-2025 authorizing a transfer of funds. The council also approved Resolution 36-2025 to close designated library certificates of deposit.
The council approved Resolution 38-2025 authorizing an internal advance to fund the Kraiburg Boulevard Extension Project, described in the meeting as an urban renewal project. That resolution was adopted by roll call (ayes: Bardsley, Steele, Smith, Alger; absent: Scott).
