Kohl reported the Sewage Enforcement Officer reviewed the application and identified no issues; the planning commission recommended approval at its prior meeting. Supervisor Mike Sacks moved to approve the application “as submitted,” Don Hickman seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
The board’s approval includes the condition noted in the hearing record that the current septic system is functioning and that Valley View Construction confirmed adequate space for a septic replacement if needed. No additional permits or building services were described in the hearing.
