Bradley County Commission postpones Waterlevel Highway rezoning to July 20

The Bradley County Commission on June 1, 2026 voted to postpone consideration of a rezoning request for property on Waterlevel Highway until the commission’s July 20 meeting.

The rezoning was introduced by Commissioner Josh Rogers, who moved to rezone Tax Map 059 Parcel 043.00 from FAR (Forestry/Agricultural/Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial); Commissioner Howard L.
