Prom Committee asks for donations; Onamia schedules events and members dinner

Carrie said she will make a Facebook post about Light Up Onamia; nominations are to be picked up Monday the 16th and judging will be on the 18th with pick-up at Cedarwood at 6 p.m. Members also discussed monitoring bike sales ahead of the Easter Dash and noted a need for event equipment including a flat-top hamburger stand and additional electrical cords for park events.
A Members Dinner is scheduled for Jan. 6 at the Vets Club; the minutes list Dan’s Catering menu items including roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, mixed fruit, dinner roll and assorted bars. The minutes do not record formal votes on these items; they document planning and requests for community support and logistics.
