A members dinner was scheduled for Jan. 6 at the Vets Club. Jen needs to sign paperwork with Jill Dan's Catering; the notes include a proposed menu of roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, mixed fruit, dinner roll and assorted bars.
The agenda includes a membership drive and a mailing date to be set. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 9 at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Carrie Vesel.
