Resolution 26-122 rejected the apparent low bid from SDW Construction, Inc. as non-responsive (failure to include a revised Addendum No. 2 bid item) and awarded the Central Park Loop Trail contract to Clarke Moynihan Landscaping and Construction, LLC for $597,379.35, consistent with the Township Engineer’s recommendation.
The consent agenda passed on roll-call: Committeewoman Fettes, Committeeman Liberato, Committeeman Verlezza and Deputy Mayor Dorsi voted yes; Mayor Piserchia was recorded absent for the roll-call.
The Committee recorded several administrative follow-ups tied to these approvals, including executing the trail contract, issuing refunds and updating tax records, and making appointments per the amended list.
