The North Middleton Township Planning Commission on March 17 unanimously recommended the Board of Supervisors approve the final subdivision plan for Bennington Phase 4, a 30-lot single-family residential phase.
Representatives Mr. Joe Stein and Mr. Jeff Riley told the commission that dump trucks delivering materials over recent weeks are related to finishing work for this last phase of the Bennington project. Township Engineer Doug Brehm said he did not identify outstanding engineering items that would prevent a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
Commissioner Rick Hoover moved to recommend the plan, conditioned on compliance with engineering and county comments, resolution of the North Middleton Authority comments, and execution of a standard Developer’s Agreement; Scott Forsythe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The commission recorded the motion as a recommendation only; final approval rests with the Board of Supervisors.
