Chattahoochee Hills council elects Ruby Foster mayor pro tem and approves several grants, MOAs

The Chattahoochee Hills City Council on Jan. 6 reorganized leadership and approved a slate of intergovernmental agreements and grant applications in unanimous votes recorded in the meeting minutes.
