The council approved Resolution 2025‑25 to accept the 2nd addendum to Agreement U‑2023‑21139 with the Iowa DOT to recover the missing reimbursements.
Councilmembers thanked Van Auken for the review and her work in coordinating with the state. The resolution passed on a motion by Jerry Sexton, second by Colton Miller; AYES: Sexton, Miller, Horihan, Dean. Absent: Stoolman.
