Council Member Sarah Fyten moved to approve the quote; Council Member Lynn Egan seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Council members discussed the necessity of the replacement in light of previous deck issues before voting.
The council recorded no additional conditions tied to the purchase. The mower-deck replacement will proceed as quoted and the expense will be charged to the 2026 heavy-equipment budget line. The meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
