Mayor Jenn Domzalski, speaking for the Recreation Board, outlined the Adult Easter Egg Hunt at Smith Park on March 31 (check-in at 7:00 p.m., event at 8:00 p.m.; tickets and ID required; BYOB; a food truck will be onsite) and the Children’s Egg Hunt April 1 at 2:00 p.m. She said Rec Board events will be listed in the next sewer bill newsletter and on the Village Facebook page; she also said veterans banners are on sale through March 31 (13 spots remaining).
Engineer Daniel Collins arranged a May 13 E-waste collection (free to residents) as part of May Clean-Up Month to clear aging electronics stored at 199 Ledge Road. Volunteer egg-stuffing for both egg hunts is scheduled for March 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Village Hall.
The minutes do not include budget approvals or a timetable to secure temporary salt storage; council did not take additional actions on these operational items during this meeting.
