The minutes were approved after a motion by Councilperson Renell Noack and second by Councilperson Jesse Ferko. Roll call on the minutes recorded: Ferko—yes; Noack—yes; Vojtush—yes; Magistrelli—abstain; Hipps—yes; Lewis—yes.
Later in the meeting Law Director Brad Bryan requested a motion to waive residential permit fees during May Clean‑Up Month. Councilmember Alan Hipps moved to waive the fees and Mr. Vojtush seconded; the motion passed on a roll call with all recorded votes in favor.
Council approved a motion to enter executive session at 8:02 p.m. to discuss the compensation of public employees and officials; the motion, made by Mr. Hipps and seconded by Mr. Lewis, passed by roll call. Mayor Jenn Domzalski recused herself from the executive session. Council reconvened at 8:27 p.m. after a motion by Mr. Hipps, seconded by Mr. Magistrelli. The meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Hipps with a second by Mr. Ferko.
