The commission’s conditions require: completion of all items listed in the City Engineer’s memorandum dated Jan. 20, 2026 and confirmation that the as-built plans meet city design standards; a legal review by the city of the proposed sale of a 10-foot parcel to ensure the sale complies with city and state codes; public hearings for (1) any sale of land as deemed appropriate by legal counsel and (2) rezoning of the 10-foot parcel if it is included in the development; and a variance to permit a 60-foot right-of-way without curb and gutters.
City Engineer Wes Farrand and Clint Sloss of JAMC Development Group were recorded as present for the discussion; the minutes do not record individual roll-call votes. The document states no action was taken on sub-committee input and that an update will be provided at a future date.
The commission approved the meeting agenda (after removing open forum) and approved the Dec. 8, 2025 minutes with a correction regarding comprehensive maps in a prior agenda item. Commissioner Bryce Hubert moved to adjourn at 6:57 p.m.; Commissioner David Goldsberry seconded and the motion carried with four ayes. The minutes are noted as unofficial until approved at the next meeting.
