At their June 10 meeting the Roxbury Board of Selectmen approved several financial and contract items. The board voted 2-0 to sign the Franklin County Animal Shelter contract covering July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 for $1,119.10.
Selectman Ray Hodsdon moved to sign the animal shelter contract and Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded; the motion carried 2-0. The board also addressed a maturing scholarship certificate of deposit and voted 2-0 to roll it over for six months.
Later in the meeting the board approved the warrant for $74,648.27 by a 2-0 vote. Office staff reported that 20 tax-lien notices for 2025 had been sent and that the Tax Anticipation Note application had been submitted electronically for signature and in-person signing expected next week.
The minutes do not provide additional contract terms or allocations tied to the warrant; staff indicated follow-up at future meetings.
