Council approves water meter change order contingent on Rural Development concurrence

Matt Mohs told the council the water meter project is substantially complete and the only remaining funds are retainage held for final closeout. The change order was presented so final project work and accounting can proceed pending Rural Development’s concurrence.
Separately, council members discussed modifications to the ADA report for the Community Center that would remove the requirement to upgrade the old bathroom; landing and railing work at the rear of the building will still be required and staff must submit a transition plan to Rural Development describing the changes.
