Board members reviewed monumentation, noted that lots 13 and 15 were long‑existing (created in 1973) and confirmed the split documents the field monuments and existing deed references.
A motion to endorse the ANR for lots B1 and B2 was made and seconded; members indicated assent and the board discussed assigning house numbers (the assessor’s office will assign addresses; the board suggested using 5 and 7 Walcott Road). The applicant was given copies for filing and the board directed staff to finalize the endorsement paperwork.
