Madison County commissioners approve invoice payments and increase Treasurer appropriations
Summary

Mr. Shay voted yes, Dr. Sneha Kushwaha voted yes and Mr. Watts voted yes; the motion carried.
Later in the session Amy introduced a second resolution authorizing an increase in appropriations for the Madison County Treasurer’s office. That motion also received a move and a second and passed on roll call: Mr. Shay, Dr. Sneha Kushwaha and Mr. Watts each voted yes.
Both items were presented as standard fiscal housekeeping; no discussion or debate was recorded between the motion and roll call votes. The board recessed shortly after these votes.
Actions recorded in the meeting materials will be reflected in the county’s financial records and the Auditor’s office will process the approved invoices and appropriation changes.
