During the public comment portion of the Oct. 7 meeting a Summit Avenue resident asked the council to look into a neighboring city-owned lot used to pile snow from street clearing.
The resident said the snow accumulation raised concerns about the sidewalk, a manhole cover, the boundary lot line and underground cables. Mayor Jill Behnke said the matter would be investigated by city staff.
