Michael (planning staff) explained the change is administrative and applies to several application types — resort-zone master plans and developments, planned unit developments, standard and small subdivisions, rural-preservation subdivisions and density reduction subdivisions. "If they don't hand that in, then their application's deemed incomplete," Michael said of the new submittal requirement.
Council member (S8) moved to adopt the ordinance and accept staff findings. The council opened the public hearing, received no public comment, closed the hearing and voted in favor; the chair recorded ayes and the ordinance was adopted.
