Antrim Well 3 moves to public bid phase; bids due March 13 with Oct. 2026 target

Public Works Director Roger Nowell updated the Antrim Township Municipal Authority on ATMA Well No. 3 at the Feb. 23 meeting, saying property and easement agreements have been prepared and were sent to a solicitor for review.
Nowell said CoStars contractors received bid packages on Feb. 13 and that bids are due March 13, 2026; he said a public bid opening will be held and that the suggested project completion date is October 2026. He also said easement and access agreements for the Exit 3 public water extension have been sent to Bowman and staff are responding to questions.
The minutes reference Solicitor Linus Fenicle in attendance earlier in the meeting but refer to a 'Solicitor Lisko' in the Well 3 update; the minutes contain that name variance and do not explain it. The board did not take a final procurement vote at the meeting; the next procedural milestones are the March 13 bid deadline and any subsequent public bid opening.
