Antrim Township Municipal Authority approves routine minutes, bills and multiple land-development motions

The Antrim Township Municipal Authority unanimously approved the Feb. 9, 2026 work session minutes and authorized payment of bills for Funds 06, 97, 98 and 99 at its Feb. 23 meeting. The board recorded a 4-0 vote on both motions.

The board acted on several subdivision and land-development items. Motions by Chad Murray and John Alleman (recorded as passing 4-0) tabled Shadow Creek Phases 5 and 6 (148 lots) and the KL Buchanan & Sons Plumbing land development on Grant Shook Road, and approved the Nicole D. Carty two-lot subdivision on Williamsport Pike. The minutes record a separate Murray/Rose motion (passed 4-0) to table ATMA Well #3 Conococheague Lane Water Treatment Plan and the Greencastle Ridge 330-lot subdivision; the meeting attendance line, however, lists Rodney Rose as not present, a discrepancy noted in the official minutes.

The board adopted Resolution No. 2026-002 by a Murray/Alleman vote of 4-0 and accepted a partial Deed of Dedication from Heritage Estates West Phases 2 and 3 for Luke Avenue, authorizing Chairman Michael Smith to sign the deed.

The authority also considered a customer billing adjustment request from Rhodes Grove Camp for 15,000 gallons attributed to a water leak; a Murray/Alleman motion passed 4-0 granting a 15,000-gallon reduction on the next sewer bill. Separately, the board voted 4-0 to authorize the chairman to sign a Facilities Agreement for the Greens of Greencastle Phases 8–10.

The meeting concluded with a recorded 4-0 motion to adjourn at 7:16 p.m.
