The Richland City Council convened a public hearing on the fiscal year ending 2026 budget on April 14, 2025. Mayor John Capps called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m.; council members Michael Hadley, David Balster, Brei Beam, Steve Pfeifer and Joe Adrian and City Clerk Sarah Claeys were present.
Councilmember Michael Hadley moved to approve the meeting agenda; Joe Adrian seconded. The motion passed on a 5-0 vote, recorded as “five ayes, motion carried.”
The council opened the public hearing on the FYE2026 budget but received no comments or public input. With no testimony or questions presented, Mayor Capps adjourned the meeting at 6:51 p.m.
