A county representative recommended approval, saying there are no covenants or restrictions that prohibit the short‑term rental. There was no public comment on the application.
A board member moved to approve the permit and the motion passed on a voice vote; the chair instructed the applicant to follow up with county staff to complete any remaining steps.
