On a motion by Trustee Amanda Fangmeier, seconded by Trustee Doug Rosekrans, the board voted to enter a contract with Miller Associates.
No contract amount was recorded in the minutes. The motion carried and the clerk will proceed with contracting steps consistent with procurement rules.
