Highland council raises D1 liquor licenses to nine and issues D1 license to Big O’s Sports Bar

Immediately afterward, Councilman Frey moved and Councilwoman Bellm seconded Bill #25-15 to issue a D1 license to Big O’s Sports Bar Highland Square LLC; that motion also carried on a unanimous roll call vote.
