Resident urges Winchester school board to appoint Kylie Zoller to at‑large interim seat

Board staff had instructed speakers to limit individual comments to three minutes and set a 30‑minute total for registration. After King finished, no other registered speakers came forward on the at‑large vacancy. Mrs. Harris moved to adjourn that portion of the meeting; after a second, the presiding officer asked for the vote and Mr. Roe responded, "Aye." The board announced it was adjourned until 6:15 p.m.
