- Subdivisions and lot‑line revisions: Council approved a minor subdivision conveying 14.5 acres to La Roche University (Tate Engineering represented the applicant), a lot‑line revision resolving a parking encroachment for SSB Bank, and a residential lot consolidation (Burke) for an addition.
