Hills City Council approves package of resolutions, sets April 13 budget hearing

Resident D. Strabala raised a public comment about a streetlight outage on Main Street; she said she had already reported the outage and that the city would submit the report again.
Mayor Tim Kemp reported attending a bid opening for an Emergency Management Agency (EMA) building and said the low bid came in at $1.5 million. Other listed department reports (attorney, city administrator, maintenance, fire, water and sewer) were recorded as having no report. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
