Council Member Hudachek moved to host the library in spring, summer and fall; Knebel seconded. The motion passed 5–0.
Hudachek asked how many Hills residents currently use the Iowa City Public Library bookmobile stop in town; the meeting record does not include usage data. The Antelope Lending Library arrangement is intended to expand local access to library services, with programming costs borne in part by the city for the three seasonal visits.
