Earlier in the meeting a resident identified as Barry told the board his neighbor "got the brunt of it, 3 foot of water in his basement," and said a 12-inch pipe on the subject property may be jammed and that bamboo growth was returning; town staff asked Barry to leave contact information for follow-up.
The board then voted to enter executive session to discuss confidential medical information of a particular person and stated there would be no vote following the executive session.
