Councilmember Conrad moved to approve the second reading; Councilmember Iosbaker seconded. The roll call in the minutes recorded Ayes from Conrad, McLaughlin, Iosbaker and Schultz and no Nays. The minutes do not show Councilmember Lentz on the roll for that recorded vote.
