Council discussed trimming legal notices and building repair supply budgets and redirecting a $2,000 survey line into snow-removal contingency funds to make the adjustments. One councilmember noted existing Public Works (PW) capital funds might provide an alternative funding source for certain project matches, but staff advised the grant reimbursement and cash-flow timing argued for the budget adjustments.
Resolutions adopting the final budget and certifying unpaid charges for collection were adopted. The council also approved associated procedural resolutions necessary to publish and collect unpaid charges through the county process.
