The Lebanon Special School District received year‑end reports on custodial services, after‑school care (SACC), health services and nutrition during its meeting.
ABM representatives reviewed their annual service metrics, reporting an average monthly principal survey score of 92.17% (the district threshold is 85%). ABM said staffing was at about 96% with one vacancy and described summer deep‑clean schedules by building; a QR code reporting system produced roughly 344 tickets over the year to help principals and custodial staff respond rapidly to issues.
Board members praised the custodial team’s work and asked for distribution of the detailed school‑level spreadsheets. Carol (ABM) and district facilities staff said they continue bi‑weekly and as‑needed site visits with principals.
The board also reviewed year‑end SACC, health services and nutrition reports. District staff said SACC rates will increase modestly to ensure adequate pay for after‑school staff. Health services reported nearly 31,000 clinic visits districtwide for the year and nutrition staff noted continued vendor relationships (US Foods) and provided unit price examples (milk noted at $0.37). These reports were provided for board review; no formal vote on SACC rate changes was recorded other than staff notifying the board of the planned adjustment.
The board will receive full packets for the reports and staff committed to provide copies to board members who requested them.
