Members present were Julie Uhlenkamp and Vicki Althoff; Jacob Moeller was absent. Superintendent Robert Busch and Business Manager/Board Secretary Katie Taylor attended.
Julie Uhlenkamp moved to approve the meeting agenda as presented; Vicki Althoff seconded and the motion carried, 3-0.
Uhlenkamp then moved to approve Nick McTaggart as a volunteer coach for the junior-high girls basketball program; Althoff seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
On the budget item, the board authorized district administration to submit a request to the School Budget Review Committee for a modified supplemental amount of $58,537.64 to address open-enrolled-out students who were not included in the district’s certified enrollment the prior year. Vicki Althoff moved to approve the SBRC request for $58,537.64; Julie Uhlenkamp seconded. The board recorded ayes from Althoff, Uhlenkamp and Recker; nays: none. Motion carried, 3-0.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Althoff, seconded by Uhlenkamp; the meeting adjourned at 7:33 a.m.
