The subsequent motion to authorize the SBRC request was made by Douglas Puffett and seconded by Tony Recker; a roll-call vote recorded Jacob Moellers, Tony Recker, Julie Uhlenkamp and Douglas Puffett voting aye and the motion carried 4–0.
The minutes state the funds would cover “expenditures necessary to implement the at-risk and dropout prevention program plans as approved by the Starmont CSD school board,” but do not itemize specific line-item expenditures. The authorization directs administration to prepare and submit the exhibits and application materials to the SBRC.
