Starmont board orders election on continued PPEL and income surtax

On a roll-call vote the four board members present — Tony Recker, Jacob Moellers, Julie Uhlenkamp and Douglas Puffett — voted aye; there were no nay votes. The resolution states the levy would commence with property taxes collected for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
