East Rockhill Park and Recreation Committee appoints Brzezicki chair, Stevens vice chair

The East Rockhill Township Park and Recreation Committee reorganized its leadership at a brief Aug. 13 meeting, appointing Stefanie Brzezicki as chair and Dave Stevens as vice chair.
Temporary Chairperson Marianne Hart Morano, the township manager, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and reported that member William Wilson had submitted his resignation and that she had not had recent contact with member Diane Blodgett. Mrs. Valone moved to appoint Brzezicki as chair, Mr. Hallett seconded the motion, and “all present voted in favor,” after which Brzezicki assumed the chair position. Mrs. Brzezicki then moved to appoint Dave Stevens as vice chair; Mr. Hallett seconded, and the motion likewise passed unanimously.
The committee also accepted the draft minutes of the May 9, 2023 meeting with no changes after Mrs. Brzezicki asked whether the minutes had been emailed. Ms. Morano said the draft minutes were provided following the May meeting and were printed on the back of the agenda.
The meeting lasted a few minutes and concluded with members briefly discussing recent committee business and next steps for routine items. The session adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
